Wet Lab Capability

ERDC's advanced state-of-the-art instrumentation, computational and bioinformatics expertise are used to characterize the effects of different chemicals, metals and other stressors on animals in the environment. ERDC has 1100 sq ft of wet lab space, an ABI 16-capillary automated sequencer, 96- and 384-well PCR machines, an ABI 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System with 384-Well Block Module, two 5-micron microarray scanners, an Agilent 2 micron microarray scanner, an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer, capability to process different microarrays and basic laboratory equipment.
